Global Program Operations ManagerGlobal Program Operations ManagerI am representing a Global Pharmaceutical firm who are looking for a Global Program Operations Manager. In the role you will be overseeing the strategic and operational progress of global clinical development programs. The position offers unparalleled potential to develop and progress within an international Pharmaceutical company that prides itself on its commitment to nurturing its employee's ambitions. Role and responsibilities •Leading clinical program teams •Coordinating study teams •Ensuring strategic and operational objectives are met •They are expected to plan, lead and manage major R&D projects •To promote and develop good working relationships within a multidisciplinary project team. •Write technical reports and where appropriate make recommendations. •To communicate clearly and accurately at all levels within the Company, make presentations both internally and externally and chair meetings. •Overseeing global clinical research projects and the clinical project managers overseeing them. You will ideally have experience of global development programs and experience at all levels of the drug development process. You will also possess a highly developed knowledge of advanced clinical trial design. All therapeutic experience will be considered. Finally, if you have experience of successfully and efficiently interpreting and representing safety data and formulating recommendations, then this role may well be suited to you. Essential candidate requirements •A life/science degree or equivalent •4 years or more experience in clinical research within a CRO or Pharmaceutical company •At least 5 years project management experience within a CRO or Pharmaceutical company •A Work Permit to work in the country the position is located in.
