Trial Statistician, Switzerland (Basel)Trial Statistician, Switzerland (Basel)My client is a market leading global pharmaceutical company with an excellent product pipeline. Currently they have an opportunity for a contract trial statistician in the department of Oncology based from their headquarter in Basel. Home based candidates may also be considered. You will be responsible for all statistical tasks for assigned clinical trials and you will report directly to the Group Head of Biostatistics. This position will offer high level of independence. Responsibilities • Track clinical trial, allocated project activities and milestones • Ensure punctuality and appropriate quality of all Biostatistics and Statistical Reporting deliverables for the trials and project tasks • Establish and perpetuate working relationships within the clinical trial team and the Clinical Information Sciences Requirements • Strong Statistical Background (PhD, MSc or equivalent) • Previous relevant experience (i.e. in the pharmaceutical sector) • Advanced knowledge of statistical software (i.e. SAS) In return this position offers great training and development as well as an excellent salary up to 1000 CHF per day and great benefits.
